What age groups and levels do you specialize in?
We offer tutoring from Key Stage 2 (Primary School) up to A-Level. Our most common requests are for GCSE Math and Science preparation and 11+ entrance exams.
Do you offer one-to-one or group tuition?
We offer both! Our most popular option is one-to-one for personalized attention, but we also run small, cost-effective group sessions (up to 5 students) for specific topics like exam revision workshops.
How are your tuition sessions conducted?
All sessions are conducted online via a dedicated virtual classroom platform. This allows for interactive whiteboards, screen sharing, and recording, providing maximum flexibility and convenience.
2. Tutors and Quality
What qualifications do your tutors have?
Our tutors are a mix of certified teachers, subject specialists (often with Master's degrees), and top-tier university graduates. All tutors are thoroughly vetted and must possess recent DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.
How is student progress tracked?
We provide detailed progress reports every four weeks. These reports summarize topics covered, highlight areas of improvement, and set clear goals for the upcoming month. Parents/guardians are always kept in the loop.
3. Booking, Cancellation, and Payment
How long is a typical tuition session?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes long. For intensive exam preparation or younger students, we can offer 90-minute or 45-minute sessions, respectively, if pre-arranged.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee, as the time slot cannot be filled.
Do you offer a trial session?
We do not offer a full trial session, but we provide a free 15-minute consultation with the prospective tutor to discuss goals, assess needs, and ensure a personality fit before you commit to a package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfers. All package fees are paid monthly in advance.
