By booking a tuition session or package with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure fair scheduling, high-quality service delivery, and a transparent relationship with all our clients. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
- Session Confirmation: All sessions, whether one-to-one or group-based, must be booked and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
- Payment Terms: Fees for all packages must be paid in full monthly (30 days) prior to the first session of the period. We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit/debit cards.
- Package Commitment: Packages represent a recurring monthly commitment. Unused hours from a package do not typically roll over to the next month unless agreed upon due to Tutor absence.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Student Cancellation: If a student cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee for that session will be charged. This time slot cannot be used for a makeup session.
- Timely Notice: If a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, we will work with you to reschedule the session within the current payment period, subject to tutor availability.
- Tutor Cancellation: In the rare event a tutor must cancel a session, we will either provide a substitute tutor or offer a full credit or refund for the cancelled session.
- Lateness: If the student is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
3. Code of Conduct
- Respectful Environment: All parties (student, parent/guardian, and tutor) are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions and sessions.
- Online Sessions: For students under 18, a parent or responsible adult should be present in the home during online sessions. All communication will be conducted through our official platform.
- Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if there are breaches of this code of conduct.
4. Promotional Tuition & Holiday Periods
- Promotional Rate Basis: Promotional tuition is offered at a significantly discounted rate and is provided on a monthly access basis, not on a session-banking or session-guarantee model.
- Holiday Period Adjustments: During recognised holiday periods (including but not limited to Christmas, Easter, half-term breaks, and public holidays), the number of sessions delivered within a month may be reduced.
- No Rollover or Redemption: Any sessions not held during holiday periods do not roll over, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or future tuition.
- Acceptance of Terms: Enrolment in, or continuation on, a promotional tuition plan constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
4. Data Privacy Summary

- Data Collected: We collect essential contact information (name, email, phone) and student academic data (subjects, progress reports) necessary for providing tuition services.
